Apprentice leadership and teamwork training

OLT is an ILM Approved Centre and as such has developed courses specifically for graduates and apprentices to undertake ILM qualifications in leadership, management and teamwork. Being able to offer your apprentices or graduates an qualification as part of your training scheme is not only a big pull for the best talent to come and work for you, your business will benefit from not only a skilled workforce but an engaged and motivated one. Where we differ is that we use a practical learning environment in order for participants to gain valuable first-hand experience of leadership and teamwork skills.

What will be covered in the programme?

• Choose a level and the type of award
• Level 2 Award in Effective Team Member Skills
• Level 2 Award in Leadership and Team Skills
• Level 3 or 4 Award in Leadership and Management
• Select units: each award is made up of a series of units carrying credits. OLT will work with your business to select those most relevant.
• Bespoke programme: OLT will then put together a bespoke programme based around the units selected and your type of business. 
• The training: where OLT differ is that we use a variety of indoor and outdoor tasks for participants to plan, execute and reflect upon in order for participants and learn and develop their skills in real-life situation. This is coupled with theory-based sessions, a workbook to log evidence and a marked assignment
